Hire a trailer for Autumn half term

That time of year is fast approaching again as the school holidays and autumn half term approaches here at Trailer Hire West Midlands we have noticed an increase in the bookings for our trailers as people are planning with the children off school and taking a few days off work and getting all of those awkward and unwanted items cleared out of the shed, garage and attic.  And even all of the rubbish which has been thrown behind the garage and shed!

It is a great time of year when the children are off school and need to be occupied and you have a few days off work to hire a trailer and get all of these jobs done and rubbish disposed of at the local tip / refuse centre.

Here at Trailer Hire West Midlands we have a great selection of trailers which include general duty trailers with a ramp with awkward and heavy items which need to be wheeled into the trailer, and also general duty trailers which have high mesh sides so that you can pile the garden rubbish up high.  Also if you do not have a suitable tow vehicle or car equipped with a tow bar, then we can also hire you a 4 wheel drive (4WD), that has a tow bar fitted ready for your convenience.

Large box van trailer hire for moving house

Here at Trailer Hire West Midlands we have suddenly had a surge in the hiring of our large box vans as people have been choosing to hire a box van rather than pay costly house removal firms to move their furniture and possessions when they move house.  House sales have now kicked in now we are at the end of June and with the ever soaring costs of moving home, it is a much cheaper alternative to hire a large box van trailer rather than use a removal company.

Trailer Hire West Midlands also offer four wheel drive hire as these box vans are fairly heavy and also once fully loaded with all of your furniture and possessions, smaller cars will struggle to pull one of these trailers.

Depending on what items need to be loaded inside the box van we have one that has a trailer with a ramp for any items that may need to be wheeled into the trailer for your convenience.  There are also tie-down points within the trailer so that you can get your goods securely fastened and know that they are still going to be in one piece when you reach your destination.  So whatever item it is you need to move, rest assured that we have the right trailer for you.

Arrival of 3 new trailers

Trailer Hire West Midlands are announcing the arrival of 3 new trailers due to our ever expanding trailer hire company as we were receiving high demand from customers who were looking to move extra large items where a flatbed trailer was needed.  These items included such things as a hot tub, long lengths of steel, a mini digger, heavy slabs, heavy sand bags as used by builders etc.  The first trailer is an Ifor Williams GD84 8′ x 4′ with mesh sides and a ramp so this could be used for trips to the tip and to get all of those awkward items such as trees, branches etc in.  The next trailer is an Ifor Williams GD105 which is bigger at 10′ x 5′ and the last trailer being an Ifor Williams TB4621 which is a 15′ x 6′ x 8″ tiltbed flatbed trailer with a full width mesh ramp and a 3 tonne winch so this could also be used to put large heavy vehicles on.  Trailer Hire West Midlands are your local trailer hire company based in Studley, Warwickshire so please take a look at our website today to see if we have the right trailer for your needs.
